Amazing experience!I was at a reception at Daria's ,she was absolutely amazing.I felt so comfortable the entire time I was there. She was quick, but very thorough. She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. Very thanks!
I had appointment for ultrasound of my elbow, on November 3, 2025, ar 2:10 p.m. Upon my arrival to this clinic the receptionist has spoken at myself with rude and condescending manner and voice. She mumbled something at myself while pointed her head down into her computer. I waited a little and then a male technician or patient came out from the office. That man has briefly glanced at myself, with a negative attitide, he said nothing to me, and then he walked back to the office, south from the receptionist desk. I left because I was overwhelmed with negativity and disrespect, that the receptionist, woman of Asian descent, asserted, intentionally, at myself. Immediately after I appeated at the front desk the receptionist perceived myself as being a vulnerable, immigrant from Europe, and then she asserted her profound bias and racist attitudes towards myself, decided to mock and taunt myself. I hope that I will never have to return to your clinic. I can report this to the referring family doctor, and to your regulating college.
A wonderful clinic! I have been several times to see Daria who is extremely caring, thorough and professional. This is my clinic of choice whenever I need an ultrasound, I know I am in very reliable hands.

Only after having a much better experience at another clinic for the same tests am I realizing just how awful my experience was here. My appointment was booked over the phone, and I wrote down my appointment time while speaking to the receptionist. I received no confirmation email, text, or phone call to remind me of my appointment. When I showed up at the scheduled time (with a full bladder as indicated for the scan I was receiving), I was told that the appointment time I was told was incorrect, it was actually almost an hour later. In addition to having to sit and wait for an extended period of time with a very full bladder, the receptionist were struggling to read my requisition form, and ended up trying to call my doctor’s office to get clarification. I eventually looked up the requisition on my phone and could easily tell what the test was supposed to be. There were some abbreviations and “…” used, but the test name could easily be inferred by reading the rest of the form. Through all of this misunderstanding, the older receptionist was very rude and short with me which just added to my stress. When I finally got into the room to do the test, the ultrasound tech was not at all sympathetic to the fact that I was very anxious. I cried through the entire procedure, and when she was finished she very rudely suggested that maybe I should “take a Tylenol or something next time” which I found extremely insensitive. The test I was having done was an internal or transvaginal ultrasound, which is very uncomfortable and invasive - she should have been much more understanding to that, especially since she is also a woman. I’m very happy to have found a different clinic where I was treated much better, and will be completing all future tests there. When people are coming in to have medical tests done, that usually means that there is something concerning going on with their health. So the stress/worry for the results of the test, plus the anxiety for the procedure itself, means that staff working in these clinics should consider treating patients with a bit of extra kindness and understanding. That definitely did not happen at my visit here.
Went in with my husband for our first prenatal ultrasound and it was such a pleasant visit! Cathy at the front desk was super sweet, patient and helpful to us, and Daria the ultrasound tech was very nice, warm and patient as well. It was such a good experience overall. I highly recommend.
I had a seamless experience at this place recently. Cathy at the front desk was so helpful with everything. She gave precise details on test and location as well as Parking. The doctor that conducted the pelvic scan was extremely nice and calm. All in all a great place to get your scans.
