Everything about my experience was good. People, process, office all good. Holding back one star because of the extra $25 you have to pay for a rush report (10 days) delivered to your dentist. It's either pay the $25 or wait up to 3 months for your report. Seems like a money grab to me.
Front desk lady and the tech are super professional and kind. The facility is clean, minimal time and the scan was performed quickly. Some negative points: details of the location of the office was the last line in the email and the office was not easy to locate. The owner should put the exact address (29th floor, access from the elevators in the south-east corner of the YE building). In addition, I was shocked to hear that the results will be available in three months. How does this benefit the patient? The doctor should take care of the backlog before accepting more patients.
The scan was done very quick and well, and Daniel was professional, polite, and explained everything thoroughly. I was running late and needed to push back my appointment and Canary accommodated conveniently.
The appointment for the scan was smooth and swift. Facility is well maintained. My only issue is with the timeline to obtain the reports. They take 10 weeks, which is ridiculous. If you want to expedite the process then you need to pay $25, $50 or $100 which is just unfair. There needs to be a government policy requiring the diagnostic centres to process reports quicker enabling quicker action by the doctors and thereby a faster treatment turnaround for the patients.
I had a very negative experience at this location. Technician Daniel was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Scanned me 3 times. The report I received was not done professionally and wasn't completely done.I paid for a full detailed canary report and only 6 teeth report was done. I am going to file a legal compaint against them. I will not recommend this location to anyone
Very unprofessional clinic AT THIS LOCATION, UNPROFESSIONAL technician by name DANIEL KI BEOM KIM did scan my daughter scan 3 times , he was not explained anything, not professional and not communicated properly with patient at all . KEVIN Was not friendly and RUDE, NOT professional. ALSO FULL REPORT WAS NOT PROVIDED FOR FULL MOUTH SCAN . Will NOT RECOMMEND this CLINIC location . LEGALLY Complain about it will follow .
Good expedient service. Melissa explained paperwork and procedure in detail. A comfortable experience. Just one thing, the credit card reader is small and flimsy.
