I reply to text confirmation for my appointment, for Dec 4, 2025 at 11:30 by texting #1 the day before, but when I arrived to the appointment the receptionist said you're appointment is cancelled( the technician is in the hospital). She booked me a second appointment for next week( Dec 10 @ 11:30), and she cancelled it the day before saying that they have a lot of patients.
Very poor customer service. The receptionist is rude. Unfortunately I have to change a clinic for the rest of my pregnancy - not worth the stress having gto deal with this attitude.
For God's sake, mention on the site that they DO NOT accept patients after 3pm. What about people who work or go to school? how can they access care? A completely empty waiting room at 3pm, and you dare tell people to "go to a hospital"? This is the attitude of this place, typical.
I have had sooo many tests over the years and this place has incredibly welcoming, professional staff and technicians. It's like night and day. So nice to be treated like a human being and not a number.
Website hours say 9 to 4. Show up, told x-rays close 2pm. No where is it listed that these are hours. I was rudely told I should have called. I guess checking posted hours is not reliable enough. I'm going back.
This is a horrible horrible place. If you are doing a pregnancy ultrasound with a full bladder, go somewhere else. The receptionist is awful and has zero respect. They make you wait forever, so long that my boyfriend got upset. They getting rude like we did t have a reason to be upset. They tried to kick us out but I refused to leave because I just wanted to complete my ultrasound I had waited weeks for. Because of the results I then had to follow up with NIPT testing because the measurements were showing that my child had Down syndrome. After 10 days of agonizing over the results, I found out that my baby was fine and it was a boy? However, if you want to avoid being treated like garbage and have them rush through your ultrasound, go anywhere but here.
I went for an ultrasound yesterday at 9H30 am. I usually don't judge. We all have bad days. However I went out traumatized. I don't recommend this location at all. The technician was very rude, rough...mean even. This was already a very sensitive procedure, why then making it horrible? I am horrified. We are only human beings. Please be compassionate and kind and if you don't like your work then do something else.
