Walked in for an x-ray and was done and out the door 10 minutes later. The staff is friendly and efficient and the x-ray tech was great. Highly recommended. Tim B.
I would leave zero stars if I could. What an unprofessional business. Online they say they open at 7am, the sign on the door also confirms this. Showed up with my young daughter, to stand in the rain. No one showed up until 7:15 - only to provide no answers about lack of staff, opening time and absolutely no idea as to when an x-ray tech might show up. I can't believe a business like this operates. It is abhorrent. Clearly no accountability for customers. Disgusted and disappointed.
R and R is excellent for those who need more intrusive reproductive ultrasounds. If you have endometriosis and/or trauma and have to get a transvaginal, R and R is the place to go. Compared to places like True North, they are gentle and ask for consent/about your comfort throughout. They’re also a good spot for teens/young adults who are going in for their first gyno ultrasound.
I went here throughout my entire pregnancy. Lovely and reassuring staff. Front desk ladies were kind and accommodating. Parking is an issue but we just parked at the Metro and walked over.
Please cancel all your booking in this place. My wife went for an ultrasound and the practicioner a blonde girl was rude in top of providing medical advice that we latter found was incorrect and was aimed to harm our baby.
Visited at their new location. No parking and difficult to stop and drop off a patient. New office space, exam rooms and washrooms are all well thought out, good design and everything is very clean, modern and pleasant for a medical office. Staff was great as usual; both front desk and the techs - efficient, attentive and very helpful. Definitely recommend if you need to have an ultrasound done.
I miss their old location. The new location is out of the way and parking is a nightmare. It's ashame the old building is being replaced by a condo...really sad.
