The experience at this clinic was absolutely HORRIBLE. I’ve never felt so disrespected and unsafe in a medical setting. First, the nurse told me to strip down and leave all my belongings in an “open” changing room with no lock, no supervision, nothing. Anyone could have walked in and taken my things. How is that even acceptable? Then, during the ultrasound, I was told to lie down completely naked — and the nurse didn’t even bother to close the door. Yes, the door stayed OPEN while I was exposed, meaning anyone passing by could see me. I cannot describe how humiliating that felt. To make things worse, the nurse touched my affected area with her bare hands — NO gloves! I had a cyst under my skin, and instead of examining properly, she kept fumbling around my body, clearly untrained, and then actually asked me to point out where it was… even though it was obvious. And as if all that wasn’t enough, after slathering ultrasound gel all over me (including in my hair!!), she didn’t even offer a napkin to clean up. When I asked, she actually said, “You don’t need to wipe it, it’s clean, just like water.” Excuse me? It’s GEL. Sticky, slimy, disgusting, and uncomfortable. So I had to walk out covered in it, humiliated and furious. Every other clinic I’ve been to has treated me with basic professionalism — but here? It was a complete nightmare. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Was told X-ray machines were down for maintenance and need to wait only 30-35 mins. When we came back it was another only 10-15 mins wait that turned into additional 30 mins at which point again was told to wait just another 15 mins. If I were told from the get go that it would take 75 mins at least, I would have left and not wait. No respect for time and if people have other urgent plans.
It was amazing..I booked an appointment for Ultrasound at the same day I asked for..they were very professional and the results were sent to Family Dr within 2 days.. overall they were very nice and helpful I recommend it for all
Unfortunately I’ve had to use this clinic. If you want someone who punches a clock and doesn’t really care then this is the place for you. Slow, condescending and unempathetic.

However, my recent experience at Clairhurst X-ray and Ultrasound Clinic was far from what I expected, compelling me to offer my perspective for those considering professional healthcare services. During my visit for an x-ray, necessitated by a minor car accident, I was faced with a misunderstanding regarding a permanent necklace I wear, which cannot be removed. I suggested a note for the radiologist as a workaround, a solution I was informed is standard practice. However, the technician, identified as Regan, not only insisted on the removal of the necklace, citing potential risks, but also incorrectly claimed that X-rays involve magnetism, which is not accurate. X-rays are a form of electromagnetic radiation, not magnetic fields, which are actually utilized in MRI scans, not X-ray imaging. Regan's approach to this misunderstanding was notably aggressive, especially when attempting to remove the necklace without my consent and becoming more so when I expressed discomfort with proceeding. This not only showed a lack of professional conduct but also a significant gap in accurate medical knowledge, which was concerning. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to return or recommend Clairhurst X-ray and Ultrasound Clinic. It is crucial for healthcare professionals to provide not only respectful patient care but also accurate information. My hope is that this review encourages the clinic to improve on both fronts.
Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were so kind and friendly, and set my son at ease. My son was nervous but it couldn’t have been a more positive experience. Thank you so much!
Everyone is friendly, caring, and professional From the receptionist to the ultrasound technician and xray technician. all the exams were trough. Even though I went there with so much pain I had a great experience with them
