Compassionate staff, I had the best ultrasound tech. She was thorough, sweet, very gentle, knowledgeable and respectful. I was nervous because of my history and she was very reassuring.

I went here for ultrasounds a few times and unfortunately did not feel treated well by the technicians. They barely acknowledged me—rarely making eye contact or speaking to me—which made me feel more like an object than a person. While the receptionists were friendly, the technicians performing the ultrasounds (on my last two visits in particular) showed little care or compassion during the procedure. This was disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable. When patients are in vulnerable situations, even a simple acknowledgment—like eye contact or a few kind words—can make a big difference.
⭐ I had a very disappointing experience with Kensington Imaging Center. Three weeks ago, I did my tests here. Normally, results should come out in about one week. They told me it would take two weeks, which I accepted. However, after two weeks, only some of my results were available, even though the tests were done together. It made me wonder if something was missed or mishandled. What’s worse is the repeated broken promises: they told me Friday that results would be ready Saturday, but nothing came. Then again, they promised Monday, but still no results. This has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
Helpful staff, relatively short wait, and nice doctor. Some may have not been working there for very long and were slightly overwhelmed - but their positive attitude helped.
Thanks to the admin staff who graciously helped me get my requisitions faxed over from my doctor’s office after I forgot them at home, and ultrasound staff for her patience and assistance guiding me through to x-ray. MUCH appreciated.
