Terrible experience with Deanne, she made me feel so uncomfortable and was extremely rude to me. I don’t understand why people choose patient-facing careers in healthcare if they can’t be kind or polite. Seemed like she hated her job!
Should've read the reviews before going here. Arrived for ultrasound on time for an early-morning appointment and didn't get seen for nearly 40 minutes. Meanwhile, two people came in later than me and got seen earlier somehow. I can see why the other reviews cite the place as being disorganized. Will avoid in the future. 2 stars because at least the technician apologized for the wait and was efficient.
Helma was so lovely! I felt very comfortable during the process of getting the ultrasound. The front desk staff were also very communicative about the change in date and were welcoming
Please, do yourself a favour and do not go to this location. The technician took walk ins before my scheduled appointment three weeks in advance (which I took off work to attend, and drove for over an hour to reach). I was seated waiting over 30 minutes before I had to leave because I was in so much pain and discomfortable due to the instructions I had to follow before my scheduled appointment for an ultrasound. I heard the technician laughing and chatting in the backroom, as I asked 2 separate times if it was normal to wait this long, while in extreme discomfort due to the instructors prior to the ultrasound I had to follow. I had to leave because of the extreme discomfort and emergency, and the reception team chased after me. How I was treated was inhumane in this clinic. Please go somewhere else and do not put yourself through this.
If I can give this place no stars I would, they’re rude, don’t listen to the patient and treat you like an object! This place is a joke and I will never go back
Not the best experience here. Came in yesterday, showed my referral, wait time was an hour so decided to come the next day when as I was leaving lady at the reception said “better for us”. I didn’t find that friendly. Came the next day, they took the referral again, scribbled some text on billing information, I went in to change into the gown they handed me when the lady who was going to do the x-ray said they can’t do it since it’s standing. Wasted my time and ruined my doctors referral. I suggest fax in your referral and get confirmation before going in.
Both women at reception started shaking their heads after saying that I missed a urine test before doing my ultrasound. She said it was written on the requisition. After reviewing my requisition with the sonographer thinking I made a mistake, I realized that it was the woman at the reception who made the mistake. It said nothing about doing a urine test. In fact, I was told to not have anything to eat or drink after midnight on the day of my ultrasound so it doesn’t even make sense for me to have to do a urine test beforehand. Considering how long they have been working there, I’m really surprised to see how ignorant the reception staff is. They should not be confusing patients on tests they know nothing about. Each patient has different circumstances so that kind of judgement towards me as a patient was upsetting. I also don’t appreciate them talking about me in Portuguese, which I understand very well. For working in a medical building, that’s very sad behaviour.
