#1 My doctor recommended this place specifically based on the detailed accurate reporting compared to other clinics. Yesterday I accidentally went to the wrong clinic and they rescheduled my appointment for me so I could still come in and I was taken care of right away. All of the front desk staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. The ultrasound technician Zannat pronounced (Jannat) was very professional and patient. She was able to take the measurements quickly even though my baby was constantly moving. She was also accommodating as she had to squeeze me in-between appointments. She still took her time and was very nice and friendly with my husband and baby while showing us the ultrasound images. She made us laugh and feel very comfortable and not rushed. She told me I could put my legs up or change positions while she went to get my family. Only one other technician has considered that before and it makes such a difference when pregnant and laying on your back for a long time. She was very kind and considerate. I'm not sure why this place has the rating it does at the moment but based on my experience everything was exceptional. As someone that has experienced many different types of positive and negative experiences, at several different places, this location is one of the few that I would definitely come back too. Bah. They will not allow the husband to come in with the wife for the ultrasound. Unusual policy and they never warned us upfront. I had to take time off work because I waited 20 mind past our 10am appointment as well.
My wife and I had our first ultrasound for our baby and they wouldn’t let me in the room because of “policy” which when I was allowed after the procedure to see seemed to be purely because the room was small and full of junk with no room. I’d like to thank the tech for robbing me of the moment to hear my babies heartbeat with my wife for the first time, something I can never get back.
I visited Coxwell Ultrasound for my first ever ultrasound last week. When I called to book an appointment, the receptionist was extremely kind and informative - provided me with all the information I needed (what to expect, how to prepare). When I arrived for my appointment they took me right in, and Huma was my technician. I was extremely nervous at first, but Huma was so gracious as she took the time to explain to me what she was doing and looking out for. Her demeanour calmed my nerves and made for a great experience! I recommend this clinic and Huma if you're looking to book an ultrasound!
The Receptionist is amazing they were kind & friendly, but the ultrasound technical he needs to take training on how to treat the patient with respect and kindness because most patient who comes to do an ultrasound is probably sick they need help. Showing little kindness doesn't hurt. That is why I rate this place one start I hope the owner looks after his business.
