I had several pre-natal ultrasounds done here, and they were great experiences. You can book appointments through the phone (reception almost always answers), and they always ensure they reach out just before your appointment to confirm. When I visited for the first time, it was a bit tricky to find - it is a basement unit of a medical complex, and it's not the fanciest place upon first glance. But the staff and techs make the difference. They are friendly and welcoming. Malalai was my tech for a couple procedures and I absolutely love her - she was the reason I kept returning. She is professional, but also so warm, caring, and ensured my safety and comfort during the procedures (so important given this is my first pregnancy). Thank you so much, Malalai!
The team was very friendly and fit.my 86 year old Dad in for a foot X-Ray without notice. We had a long drive in from Fergus and the requisition from.his doctor was last minute, so.we are very grateful for their accommodation.
I have made 2 appointments here for ultrasounds (anatomy & growth scans). Both times they’ve called me about a week before my appointment to tell me that the technician won’t be able to make it in that day and to reschedule. They only do pregnancy ultrasounds on Thursdays and Saturdays so this is super inconvenient. I did reschedule the first time for my anatomy scan and the technician was very lovely, which is the only saving grace of this place and the only reason they’re getting more than 1 star. They also ran 30 minutes late for my appointment even though I was the first appointment of the day and they didn’t offer to print out any pictures from the scan, which was a shame and something I expected. The second time they called to reschedule (today) I decided to just book somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend booking with this place if you are relying on them being able to take you at your originally scheduled time as they have a habit of cancelling.
I was just visited by Dr. Shahnaz, and she was really patient doing her job. Although I was late for my appointment, she accepted me and paid attention to the details and my comments. I was very satisfied with the experience.
I had a great experience here today. My appointment was on time, and everyone was awesome, especially my ultrasound technician who I believe was named Malalai. Highly recommend. I’ll be back!
Had my NT scan a few weeks ago from reception to Malalai everything was fantastic. Malalai Talked me through everything during the scan and really put my mind at ease. We got to watch the baby for a while, it was incredible! I’ll be going back for my 20 week scan.
