Fast, efficient, and accommodating. The front desk team was so helpful and informative while the doctor was fast and clear. Was in the building for maybe 8 minutes in total! Great work.
Ridiculous, plain out no beating around the bush. Called in to set up an appointment for an x-ray of my left knee. Next available date is 9 days away? I asked her what am I supposed to do keep hoping around and make it worse. Her response was we're too busy. Get more beds and technicians to take care of patients in need.
Deplorable woman at reception that is oddly horrifying in demeanor first thing. 5 stars for rudeness. Not accurate start times for attending staff. If you are looking for a rough either rushed or completely late experience, then this is your jam. Will NEVER come here or advise anyone to come here. Absolute trash. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Jeez. 1 month late to upload to pocket health as well....? I phoned my doc and told them the day I went in to see how long this place takes to remit results... I find it sad that "Owner" replies back about a year ago and yet when you look at the abdolute awful choice for your staff ( you know who I'm talking about Receptionist from hell.) Lowered and keeps lowering your score yet you dont address it , you merely ask people to move on. Well done my man or woman. Your apathetic approach to health are fits right in to Ontario's alignment. PATHETIC. 0 ACCOUNTABILITY for sub sub par RUDE service as soon as one arrives and staff who arrives at will. I went there first time to booked an ultrasound appointment in after two days, then I showed up and the lady told me that there was no tech, because tech issued, I’d have to go somewhere else to booked a appointment. I asked why they didn't give me a notification, the lady sat at the front desk told me that my phone number was no proper. I asked her which number did she called, she repeated my home phone, which are not working sometime, but she just never called my cell number to instead. She was very impatient said we already try to called you ,so she can't avoid I came in today. I asked her for different locations where i can go, she passed me a paper and told me to call that number. I was still out side of the door , she started to talking with her coworker about their client , which were very unprofessional . At the same time ,I looked my paper , there are DOSE have my cell phone number and home phone number there, but why she only tried to call my home number one time and never try to contact my cell phone number to instead . I feel so disappointing about this location because of her attitude and how they treated their clients.
Not only were people there rude but I found people leaning OUT of the partitions. There was no cleaning after patients as advertised and the general workers weren't exactly inviting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the future and yet I used to find it ok.
