I’m only giving this clinic a one star simply because I cannot give it zero. Not only did the attending Dr, Dr.Sixtus Odigwe not perform a proper hands-on examination (he didn't even bother to wear a mask during my appointment). But he was completely dismissive when I explained my symptoms/concerns, he also refused to give me a prescription for a simple antibiotic. I had all the textbook symptoms of strep throat, which, if you have had this bacterial infection, it is extremely uncomfortable, yet this doctor flat out denied my symptoms. I went to a different clinic, where the doctor they perform performed a hands-on examination and also provided me with a prescription for azithromycin, and they promptly informed me of my test results. POSITIVE for strep, just as I tried to explain. Never come here unless you want to be ignored. I would still be sick and having to go out to another clinic if I had listened to Dr Odigwe
Most of the doctors (especially Dr. Odigwe) at this clinic are very nice, attentive and efficient. However hours are unreliable as they sometimes close early or are closed with no notice.
Booked an appointment at 1:20 PM and wasn’t seen until a full 1.5 hours later. What made it worse was seeing people who came in 30 minutes after me being called in immediately because their appointments were marked as “before mine.” Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. If scheduling isn’t respected, what’s the point of making an appointment? Definitely needs improvement in managing patient flow and respecting people’s time.
Truly, one of the most exceptional walk-in clinic experiences I had. Dr. Ojibway was extremely competent and the service was very quick. I was so happy to see that they accepted out of province Health cards. I was literally out in five minutes.
I was able to make an appointment last night for early this afternoon. There was no wait when I got there. Dr. Odigwe was friendly and concise and gave me a prescription. There is a pharmacy right beside so it was convenient. Thanks doctor!
Really efficient walk in clinic that is open on Saturday! I booked online the night before and they still had availability for the following day. When I came in the whole process from check in, seeing the Dr and getting my prescription took 15 minutes.
I have had great experiences with Dr. Odigwe and Dr. Mbanaso. But today's appointment with Dr. Ladak was terrible. I went to get the results for my blood test, and I was lectured the whole time for consuming dairy. Blamed every health issue I have on my consumption of dairy (100g of yogurt and 30g of cheese in a day is hardly excessive?). Asked zero family history, no questions about prescriptions, or past health concerns. Absolutely zero bedside manner. Just rude, uncaring, and felt like he was more dedicated to spreading vegan propaganda than helping patients. Absolutely terrible experience. I will make sure to never return on days he is scheduled.
