I visited this walk in clinic twice, both doctors are amazing and responsible. You can simply tell they really care about your health. They will touch your body part where you have your pains, which not every doctor nowadays bothers to do. The receptionist is also a very nice and polite girl. Keep up the good work! I will keep visiting this clinic if I have any health issues going forward.
I filled the online registration form out ahead of time. Then I walked in at 3pm. I went immediately to a room and I was seen in under 5 mins. Take the escalator downstairs and it’s just outside of the food court area.
There is no formal numbering or any proof of the real-time sequence of your slot. It's a walk-in clinic but still requires reservation before you could be in the line, even if the clinic is not full, you stil have to wait 2hrs and yet you're still on queue
First time being here with an unwelcome atmosphere I checked in the clinic by 12:00 pm and was told by a curly hair lady that the waiting time was 2 hours Came back after 2 hrs and it’s not my turn yet, and I had to wait another an hour which was total 3 hours The main issue was about the lady’s customer service and how did she handle people. She was extremely obnoxious, unpleasant and unprofessional at the same time. She let some ppl got in before the line since they complained about the waiting time which was not totally fair; furthermore, when I approached her to ask nicely how long would it take for my turn, she just answered rudely and carelessly, without any empathy and apologize. Many customers walked straight to her on that day and complained about the service meanwhile she just sat there and eating Tim Horton and yapping Horrible service and the clinic should look into her performance at workplace
Get there early to line up- this location gets extremely busy. Especially on the weekends. Other than that, the service is good and doctors are efficient. Would recommend
Visited on 5/Jan/2023. This walk in clinic is amazing. The reception girl is super highly efficient. She keeps everything goes so smoothly and well-organized. And the doctor I am seeing today are kind and helpful. He listened and gave me some advice useful. This is my second times visiting this clinic. And I think this is the most amazing and wonderful walk-in clinic in Toronto. If every walk-in clinic can learn from their running procedures, it definitely makes Toronto healthy industry much much more efficiently and well-organized.
Extremely Bad experience, if you have enough time, this is the best place to spend and waste your extra time, I took my daughter at 3:35 PM today, and the doctor see her at 5:20PM. Almost 2 hours of wait. She needed X-ray and all the labs were close by that time. It would have been better to go to emergency instead, at least everything is available onsite. And finally I was referred to emergency. I Don’t recommend this clinic at all.
