Dr. Freedman (sp?) is so awesome, thank you for always taking care of me when i can’t get into my gp!! definitely recommend going for when they open so you can secure a spot :)
Dr.Spring was wonderful. She is an empathetic doctor and patiently listened to all my concerns. The pharmacists were kind and efficient too. I waited for 15minutes for the walk-in.
Dr. Spring and the receptionist (I'm so sorry, she told me her name!) were wonderful, personable, helpful and patient. I greatly appreciate the services they provide.
Was seen within 20 minutes of showing up, doctor took my problem seriously and didn’t try to rush me out like some clinics do. Very kind and friendly staff
Absolutely atrocious behaviour by who is meant to be a medical professional at this establishment. Completely disappointed and shocked by the way the doctor spoke during the appointment, never going back. There are ways you can talk to a human being without making them feel like garbage.
my experience with this place is not the best.I live close by and everytime I go there they never check my symptoms or prescribe anything to me. very dismissive and I left there more scared and my time was wasted. now i got a family doctor and it all good. great staff reception. but not going back there long wait and to have your time wasted by spending less than 3 mins in the dr office to tell you it nothing go get an advil most times they guess the symptoms and give a referal and no one whould call because they never sent it. amazes me.
I went to this walk-in clinic because I was having kidney stones crises. Dr. Friedman saw me for only 2 minutes and requested an ultrasound. After I have done the ultrasound, and been diagnosed with 2 kidney stones of 6mm each, they never called me because the doctor had signed my reports off. I’m under pain for more than 17 days waiting Dr. Friedman to contact me for the next steps and he did not contact me at all, he completely disregarded my health!!! This is so unprofessional and I cannot believe that a doctor did it to me! I’ll for sure report it to the right health department in the province of Ontario!
