I visited on the morning of Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to receive a tetanus shot after seriously injuring my finger at work. I was concerned that receiving medical treatment might result in high costs, so I initially planned to get only the tetanus shot. However, Dr. E Kao carefully checked the wound for signs of infection without charging any additional consultation fees. It was such a positive experience that I felt compelled to share it in a review.
It’s a good clinic. I’ve been coming here for years and I must say I’ve noticed some subtle improvements. The wait time has decreased, the space is a bit more organized and cleaner, plus they’re adding more doctors to the roster. That’s a good thing. I’ve never had to wait long to see a physician but I always try to be at the clinic between 9:30 AM and 12:00 noon. This is the best time to visit if you want to avoid waiting. Lab results tend to come in quickly but I’d love to be able to have my results over the phone. Another thing they can improve on is cleaning the chairs in the waiting rooms , since they are high touch surfaces -and the people who sit in them are sick- it would be beneficial to keep them clean and sanitized .
My mother and I have visited this clinic on multiple occasions, and we've always experienced professionalism and attentiveness. While waiting times can vary, that's beyond anyone's control. The administrative assistants deserve recognition for their patience and composure in handling inappropriate and abusive behaviour from some patients.
dr. koffman is a stunningly wonderful doctor who solves all pain problems whithin a few minutes,there are no difficult questions for her.i have been using her services for about 5 years and my questions and requests are always resoled very quicly.she is gorgeous slobodkin family
They charge cash for referrals.More of a business centric behavior . Nature of my job causes me back pain and it's well known that massage help in back relief but they won't refer massage unless you pay them in cash.
The worst customer service ever. What happened to professionalism? Just wow. I just called in today (May 4th) at around 10:45 AM and this is how it went with the receptionist: Me: Hello good morning! I would like to see if I can book an appt for my bloodwork? R: *silence* Me: Hello? R: Hi Me: Hello good morning! I would like to see if I can book an appt for my bloodwork? R: No you can't do that here "honey" do that upstairs at Dynacare Me: Okay, would they also do an ultrasound? R: I don't know you should ask them Me: Okay, thank you so much! I hope you have a great day! She hanged up before I could wish her a great day :)
This Walkin is one of the most arrogant and incompetent clinics in North York . Unfortunately! I went there three times, and was seriously sick , because there system had it couldn't read my health card, they refused to let me in, and sent me away. the problem wasn't my card, cause I went from them to two other clinics and the card worked just fine. Any Walk-in clinic you go, the clinic typically validates your parking . except in this clinic. You pay 4$ no matter how long you stayed. Even if it is only to ask a question (took me 3 min) they charged me 4$ for parking.
