The team at Evercare is a godsend. I walked in with very painful symptoms and was met with empathy and patience from the very beginning. I was able to see a doctor and get a prescription for my condition in under an hour. Literally every single staff I interacted with today was so helpful and understanding. I absolutely love this clinic. The times are convenient, it’s walking distance from my house, but most importantly, the doctors and staff are kind, courteous and helpful. All my medical needs are met and they always exceed my expectations.

So grateful for this nearby clinic. I’ve had to visit three times recently and Ive been seen quickly at each visit. The receptionist, Margaret is the warmest and friendliest receptionist Ive ever met and Dr Patel is very kind and knowledgable. Amazing clinic.
The physicians and administrative staff are caring, organized and lovely to deal with! I’ve always felt well cared for and have been given appropriate follow up care. I recommend the walk in services here!
Saw Dr. Fischbacher, who told me to get an over-the-counter medication for me and my family. I specifically asked him twice if there was a prescription for this medication that could be given, because I have drug coverage, and twice he said 'no, it's just an over-the-counter' medication. So I went to ask the pharmacist and they wrre out; went to a pharmacist elsewhere only to discover it was $90x2 per dose, with two needed, so all-told it would end up costing $360 for enough for all of us. Worse yet - it is absolutely also available as a prescription, and when I called the clinic to request he call it in to my pharmacy, I got the run-around all day. Now we will be two days without treatment and may have to visit [a different] clinic, missing work, just to get what the doctor should have prescribed in the first place. Maybe the other doctor(s) are better, but don't count on getting help if the doctor steers you wrong.
This is the best clinic in Toronto . Receptionist is always helpful and kind to all. The doctors are kind, caring and follow up. I will always recommend.
