Edit: I gave this a 5star review but I’m retracting that 5 ⭐️ . Although the staff are nice (some of them) you cannot leave a voice mail and no one ever picks up the phone or call you back! It’s ridiculous, voice mail always says to book appointment on line, but what if you already booked and just want to ask question? Special shoutout to Dr. Kara, she is an excellent physician.
Horrible experience. I was told they would only do ONE pass with the halo laser but they went over the same spot about 6-7 times intentionally giving me hyperpigmentation. By karen and maddy. They also went high on the settings even though i am a skin type 4. Would not recommend Nurse Loiza either as she was the one who told me it would be one pass then tried to act oblivious to what happened. Super upset over my horrible experience especially after paying so much money. Was a horror what was done to me. Ive done laser at another clinic once and this never happened.
I was charged 250 dollars due to canceling a phone call appointment. I injured myself less than 48 hours from the call date. Sent a morning email and received no call. Just an email bill of 250$. In times like this. You need a company/ provider willing to work with you compassionately...on every level. This isn't ethical. It's immoral. I didn't want to outright cancel. I wanted to rebook my appointment. Yet the billed my full price.
