This place either needs to be shut down or fire their receptionist. It’s an all big joke and if you go there please be careful so they don’t give you something that will harm you because they don’t know nothing. They open at 10:am but tell you to come at 8 and sit and wait there like you have nothing to do. Ohh mind you when you get there at 10:10 they are fully booked for the day. No more appointments.
Over a year ago, I came here for a health check and met a lousy female doctor. She rushed me and said my sleep problem is just due to me not eating well (didnt say anything about my diet). She even told me she doesnt have time to hear me asking questions.
This place is a joke, like my friend booked a spot to go, when she called to confirm they said there is no appointment… she was like okay people make mistakes so then the person on the phone said to book the next week, she called on the day of the appointment, they said there is no appointment for her… are you joking she was still nice and aksed to rebook for today and guess what… literally a joke, they told her there is no appointment for her. Please do not waste your time and go literally ANY WHERE ELSE. I understand that people make mistakes and walkins can be busy right like I am not a monster expecting princess treatment but if you book something for someone MAYBE follow through with it? Like I am shocked this happened and disgusted by the service.
Just crazy been waiting for almost three hours and they will have people go see the doctor without even prioritizing how long we waited on the line for that long .
5 dollars for printing a paper for your result of TB test, after paying over $105. My X-ray and blood test weren’t discussed. They lost my blood test result. Rude receptionists especially the Filipino lady. All are rude, but the Filipino lady is some piece of work. All in all, something isn’t right here. It seems they are only after money. Attached is a photo of my hand after what they did. They didn’t even tend to my hand after the TB test review.
Just like with many walk-in clinics, I expected wait times to be long. That's just the way it is. However, I appreciated how friendly the staff, Dr, and pharmacist were. I got the service I expected and it was lol straightforward. If I was to provide constructive feedback, the place could definitely benefit with more staff to help process the numerous people who walk in.
Well... Some clinics should take a good look at this one... First ... Clean!!! Yes... Even the chairs are clean!!! ... Second... Receptionist... Very very nice and polite... Third... The nurse practitioner... Very professional.. Soft spoken... Very attentious... Asked me lots of questions... Didn't rush me at all... Took all my vitals... OMG. What an example for a lots doctors that have no manners. Now the FOURTH AND BEST... Got out and my meds were ready...at the pharmacy... All i had to do was give my insurance card and on my way. This place deserves not 5* but 10**********. Thank you for the great service.
